The Export (Download) Windows License Keys Procedure is as below

STEP 1

Sign in to DOC at

STEP 2

•Select Inventory Management→Digital Key , Management→ Export Keys

STEP 3

Export Keys

•Enter the quantity of Keys to export then select Export Keys

STEP 4 & 5

ALERT Message

An Alert will appear in the notification center when the exported keys are available for download center.

STEP 6

Digital Key Management

•Go to Inventory Management (MDOS Preview) → Digital Key Management → Download Center

STEP 7

Download OA3 Tool

STEP 1

Install Operating System

Install the Operating System Unzip “MARXPRESS FILE” and copy entire folder into USB drive.

STEP 2

MAR Xpress Package

Run the(Double click on) “MAR Xpress Package (Tool)” – 2 folders named Input & Output will be generated

STEP 3

Generate Output

Click “Start” button to generate Input & Output Folder. The progress windows will popup and show with Red/Green color.

STEP 4

License Key Copy

Copy the Individual License Key “xxxxx.XML” File to the Input Folder

Again Run MARXpress.exe

STEP 5

Generate CBR

Click “Start” button to generate CBR. The progress window will pop up and show with green color. If anything is incorrect, the red window will popup. Please go to “Trouble shooting” section to find the solution.

STEP 6

Install Product Key

You will get Popup – “Installed Product Key xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx Successfully”

Click “OK”

STEP 7

Now go to the Output Folder that was created and Copy the “xxxxx.report” File to your Database.

Gather all the “xxxxx.report” Files from all the installations.

The Import(Upload) Windows License CBR Report Procedure is as below

Steps

STEP 1Selection of Inventory Management

Select Inventory Management (MDOS Preview) > Digital Key Management > Import Keys

STEP 2Selection Process

Select Browse to find and upload the XML or ZIP file, then select Import

STEP 3CBR Submit

Submit Computer Build Report (CBR) to report bound keys to Microsoft by quantity. Go to Device Management -> Computer Build Report -> Submit CBR

STEP 4Success Message

A success message will confirm that the keys have been reported successfully.
